These necklaces feature a vintage skeleton key on a 24-inch stainless steel chain. Each key dates back to between the late 18th and 19th centuries and measures 3 to 4.5 inches in length. The iron keys have been repurposed from authentic vintage locks and barrels of European origin from that era, as evidenced by their distinctive designs. Two blade keys are from late 19th or early 20th century trunk locks.

Over the years, we have collected a small assortment of these historic keys and now craft them into elegant necklaces suitable for both women and men.
