All 50 States, Washington D.C., all US territories (American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Marian Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and all Armed Forces postal designations (APO,FPO) and Canada.
What methods of shipping do you use?
Our orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
About how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because most of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted.
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are back-ordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your back-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.
What is your customer guarantee?
At KVK Designs, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or are not happy with your purchase or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund within 30 days of receipt.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

E-Gift Certificates: E-gift certificates may be purchased online. Value must be between $25.00 to $2,000.00 and will be emailed to your recipient.
Is there sales tax?
Yes, for New Jersey customers only : 6.625% sales tax.
What happens once I place an order online?
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been received. We will let you know if an item is out-of-stock or on back-order.
Will I receive confirmation once my order is shipped?
We will send you an e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped.
How safe is it ordering online?
Ordering from KVK Designs is guaranteed safe. All registration and credit card information is stored on a secure server accessed only by our staff.
What about my address information?
At KVK Designs we believe that safeguarding your online privacy is our responsibility. We will only use this information within KVK Designs to send out newsletters or announcements to our customers.
When will an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" be back in stock?
Usually within a few weeks as long as the item is still available. Email us and tell us what you would like and we will email you when it arrives.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
KVK Designs has taken every measure to carefully inspect and package your order. Please inspect your items carefully on delivery. Because we strive to offer only fine quality merchandise, and to provide conscientious service to you, your feedback is very valuable to us.
KVK Designs must receive any returns within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange, excluding shipping fees.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, damaged scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
If the merchandise arrives to you damaged, defective or not the correct product, please send us a picture of the damaged item, and we will e-mail you a return label in PDF format.
For your security, please insure your return; and retain your receipt. KVK Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. And a refund will be issued to your credit card, and will appear on your billing statement.
