RETURNS: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. The customer has 30 days from item delivery to ship the item back to us for an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.

The following items do not qualify for returns: Discounted items, items marked "Final Sale", custom work, and bath and body products.

CANCELATIONS: A customer may request cancelation within 24 hours of purchase.

REFUNDS: We will refund the cost of the product only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded as those costs cannot be recouped by the shipping carrier. Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

We inspect every order before shipping and photograph items to ensure accuracy.

Customers should open and inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, retain the original packaging, photograph the issue, and contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no cost by issuing a return shipping label.
