We ship to all 50 States, Washington D.C., all US territories (American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Marian Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and all Armed Forces postal designations (APO,FPO), and Canada.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 7 business days of being placed via USPS. We make every effort to process orders and arrange for shipping as promptly as possible. Once shipped, domestic delivery times within the United States are typically 1 to 5 business days. International shipping delivery estimates are approximately 7 to 21 days on average, though actual transit times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
USPS domestic and international shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and distance at the time of checkout.
International Orders:
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Delivery delays due to customs clearance are outside of our control.
Return Policy:
Items should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Returns for a full refund may be made within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Returned items found to be worn or damaged upon receipt may not be eligible for a refund.
Quality Assurance:
Prior to shipping, all order contents are verified for accuracy and completeness. Photographic evidence of items is recorded for documentation purposes.
Damaged Items:
In the event an item is received in a damaged condition, please retain all original packaging and submit photos of the damage to us via email as soon as possible. Damaged items qualifying for replacement will be exchanged at no cost to the customer via a prepaid return shipping label.
