Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 7 business days of being placed via USPS. We make every effort to process orders and arrange for shipping as promptly as possible. Once shipped, domestic delivery times within the United States are typically 1 to 5 business days. International shipping delivery estimates are approximately 7 to 21 days on average, though actual transit times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
USPS domestic and international shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight and distance at checkout.
For international orders, international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Delivery delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund. Returned items found to be worn or damaged upon receipt may not be eligible for a refund.
Prior to shipping, all order contents are verified for accuracy and completeness. Photographic evidence of items is recorded for documentation purposes.
In the event an item is received in a damaged condition, please retain all original packaging and submit photos of the damage to us via email as soon as possible. Damaged items qualifying for replacement will be exchanged at no cost to the customer via a prepaid return shipping label.
