Returns Policy:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the same condition as when delivered, the customer is responsible for any reduction in value. The customer has 30 days from receipt of the item to ship it back to us for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for items lost during shipping.
The following items do not qualify for returns: discounted items, items marked "final sale", custom/personalized items, and bath and body products.
Cancellations: A customer may request cancelation within 24 hours of purchase.
Refunds: We will refund the cost of the product only. Shipping costs cannot be refunded as those costs cannot be recouped by the shipping carrier. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Every order is inspected prior to shipment and items are photographed to ensure accuracy.
Customers should open and inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, retain the original packaging, photograph the issue, and contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no additional cost and we will provide a return shipping label.
