Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., all U.S. territories (American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Marian Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) and all Armed Forces postal designations (APO,FPO) and Canada.
** Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike, no parcels will be processes or delivered through the Canada Post system. We will not be shipping to Canada until the strike is over, and we will then resume shipment.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted.
Customer Satisfaction
At KVK Designs, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we will exchange the item or provide a refund.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal for online purchases. Sales tax of 6.625% applies to customers in New Jersey.
Order Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, an additional email will be sent.

Ordering online with KVK Designs is secure. Payment details are stored securely and only accessed by staff. Your address information is only used internally to communicate about orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Most items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund, with the buyer paying return shipping costs. Custom items and discounted/final sale items are non-returnable. Request cancellations within 24 hours. Refunds cover the product cost only.
Damaged Items
Please inspect packages promptly. If an item arrives damaged, retain packaging and contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.
