For your convenience, KVK Designs accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal,
Charges will be processed to your selected payment method upon shipment of your order. Please note your order may be shipped in multiple packages, however you will not be charged additional shipping and handling fees.
If we are unable to obtain authorization for your order from your payment method issuer, we will promptly notify you. You may then wish to contact your payment method provider to resolve any issues and update us with new or corrected information. We will maintain your order details on file for 48 hours awaiting payment confirmation prior to cancellation.
How to order
Online Orders - Our website allows customers to conveniently place orders online. Customers can select products, checkout securely, and track order status and view their purchase history.
Order Confirmation - Upon completing an online order, customers will receive an order confirmation number and email. This communication will include the order number and total amount due.
Customer Support - For any questions about an existing order or new orders, customers can contact our support team at 1-866-265-9286 (press 1 for orders) or use our online contact form.
Sales Tax - For all customers located in New Jersey, we apply the state sales tax rate of 6.625% to all orders.
