These salt pots are handcrafted in central Kenya from olive wood stumps found during field preparation. Individually carved by local field workers for additional income, each pot has a unique shape and measures approximately 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter.
As they are made using simple hand tools, no two pots are exactly alike. Ethically produced by Kenyan artisans using sustainably sourced olive wood, they are finished in the wood's natural color.
