Returns & Exchanges
KVK Designs has taken every measure to carefully inspect and package your order. Please inspect your items carefully on delivery. Because we strive to offer only fine quality merchandise, and to provide conscientious service to you, your feedback is very valuable to us.
KVK Designs must receive any returns within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange, excluding shipping fees. No need for return authorization. Merchandise that is damaged scratched or show visible wear will not be eligible for a return/exchange.
For your security, please insure your return; and retain your receipt. KVK Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be sent promptly.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, KVK Designs will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
